Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Do you ship to my country?
At the moment, we ship to Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. We may expand to more EU countries in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and destination. After dispatch, delivery is typically 3–10 business days within Benelux. During peak periods, it can take a little longer.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email. Please check your spam/junk folder too.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, iDEAL (NL), and Bancontact (BE). Available options may vary depending on your location and device.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
If your item is eligible, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For exchanges, the fastest option is usually a return + new order. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically issued within 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can often help. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, cancellation may be possible. Please email us quickly with your order number. Once shipped, you can follow the return process if the item is eligible.
